Hamas has sent an application to the International Court of Justice demanding the Prime Minister of Israel to court, accused of war crimes.

Speaking at a press conference on November 17, the Hamas spokesman Taher al-Nunu, said: "We have sent a petition to the International Court of Justice, which has the name of Benjamin Netanyahu.
